Science minister outlined 16 priorities in January 2022—here’s what he has achieved so far

In January 2022, George Freeman identified 16 priorities in his new year in-tray ahead of what he heralded a “crucial year for UK science, research and innovation”.

His resolutions—which he published in a long thread on Twitter—included a continued push for association to Horizon Europe, as well as plans to boost R&D investment and implement several government-commissioned reviews and strategies.
