European Commission plan “very vague with regard to fresh funding”, says Socialists and Democrats leader
Political groups in the European Parliament have lambasted the European Commission’s plan for EU support for green technologies, saying it lacks detail on funding and calling for the allocation of new money.
The Commission published its Green Deal Industrial Plan for the Net-Zero Age on 1 February, having trailed it in various high-profile speeches the previous month.
