UK biotech investment fell sharply from ‘all-time highs’ seen in 2021, report finds
A £2.7 billion fall in investment in the UK biotech industry in 2022 should act as a “warning”, the BioIndustry Association has said.
The UK biotech sector managed to attract £1.8bn in investments in 2022, down from the “all-time highs” seen in 2021 of £4.5bn, a report from the BIA and analytics company Clarivate found.
